Sober ActivAte YYC and YOW will be sober sportsplexes and events venues integrating mental exercise, physical exercise and spiritual exercise—all under one roof. These judgment-free zones and sober spaces and community hubs will be designed as inclusive and safe spaces for people in recovery—open to all A’s all ways, any addiction, any pathway to and any stage of recovery—as well as all those addicted to bettering themselves and seeking a healthier, substance- and addiction-free and abstinence-based lifestyle.
